The first step in preparing to lay or install stone, is to build a proper base. The depth of excavation will be dependent on your needs. Once the base is ready, crushed rock will be spread and a mechanical tamper will be utilized to properly compact the area. Edge restraints are added. Stones are laid in the pattern of your choice. To complete the job, jointing sand will be swept and tamped into the joints until all joints have been filled.
